Florida federal prosecutors want to ask potential jurors in Donald Trump's classified documents case if they believe the 2020 election was "stolen" and if they hold opinions about how the FBI executed a highly publicized search warrant at his Mar-a-Lago resort...
Prosecutors also want to ask potential jurors how much media coverage they have seen or read about the case, if they have any opinions about Trump's public statements about the case or about special counsel Jack Smith, and if they believe the prosecution is "unfair" or if any of the defendants are "being treated unfairly by the court system." The defense has objected to those questions, the filing shows.
Highlighting the politically charged nature of the case, prosecutors objected to a set of questions proposed by the defense asking jurors if they are registered to vote, whether they vote with a particular party affiliation, and whether they voted in the 2020 election. Neither side objected to a question asking whether jurors had displayed a bumper sticker or magnet on their car in the last five years...
The defense also objected to a set of questions asking jurors if they would be concerned about how friends and family would react to them serving on this jury or if they had any "opinions or concerns about a former president of the United States being charged with a crime."
Prosecutors are seeking to ask jurors if they have "ever changed your mind about an important decision you had to make in your life," to which the defense objects...

......interesting......needs a good think.....
Do you have feelings about murder as a crime? WTF? Just ask someone if they are MAGA, RINO, or leftist?
I’d be excused......no stickers.
Actually, the judge should dismiss the case, with prejudice, based upon this request. That alone reveals that this is a political persecution, not an actual case with evidence before an impartial jury of one’s peers.
Are you a republican or democrat?
Really. We might want to get good responses to a few different lib questions under our belts to use, “just in case”.
I haven’t received a jury summons in years.
And I am an eligible juror and have been for years.
Wanna bet Trump donors/supporters are already being weeded out from jury duty.
Betcha...
LOL.
What a great way to get out of jury duty, though.
State that the POTATUS was installed.
But Deep State won’t care.
Deep State soon won’t need trials, will it.
It will just pronounce guilt and sentence as it sees fit.
Since most of the left was more than happy to goose-step to Fauci’s perverted tune and will continue to jump through any hoop these crazed government dictators require, I have had a front row seat to witness them requesting to be exempt from jury duty due to ongoing illness. Sitting a jury that gets sidelined by myocarditis, autoimmune disease, TTS, and/or death has a high likelihood of a case ending up in mistrial.
If asked as a potential juror I would say, as I have from the beginning, that it remains an open question since there was never an official, all encompassing investigation.
Is there anyway to read the whole article? It’s hidden behind a paywall!
^THIS^
Also if a prosecutor ever asked me if I had any - "opinions or concerns about a former president of the United States being charged with a crime.", I would immediately ask them: "Are you referring to Clinton, Obama, or Biden once he is out of office?"
Just ask them if they are blue Rats, if not…disqualification…Justice system is a farce…
This shows the absurdity of the attempt to prosecute the President.
There is NO jury in this country that won’t have partisan opinions of Trump, and that’s who’s really on trial.
The prosecution will argue essentially that there can be no Trump supporters...meaning that they will tolerate only Trump’s opposition.
A politically biased jury is nothing but a kangaroo court, a political show trial.
It has nothing to do with a criminal case involving alleged "classified" documents.
Most of the jurors who ended up being selected (me included) answered “None” to that question.
The judge would have responded: "How does the First Amendment apply here? You put the damned bumper sticker(s) on your car for the whole world to see."
Lie.
If a DOJ attorney asked me as a potential juror whether I thought the 2020 election was stolen, I’d have to answer truthfully. “After seeing all the dishonesty in the federal government, including at the DoJ, I think it could have been stolen and that we will never know.” I don’t think I would last long in the jury pool.
Yes, I did. Not much more to it of great importance. In the first comment, I copied part that mentions a motion to dismiss filed by Trump’s co-defendants. If you remember, they filed charges against Trump’s employee because he moved the boxes. The employee’s defense, apparently, is that Trump told him to move the boxes, but he did not tell him what was in them.
