That is for insurance purposes the owner told me.
We did call the owner of the home across the street who had it rented when we saw the tenants moving out.
He had no clue and they were behind on the rent.
At least they didn’t try to squat.

Though he committed no sin, he was crucified on a cross for the propitiation of sin in the great exchange, our sins for His righteousness. Today means that no matter what wrongs you have done, they have been paid for in full. We don’t deserve it, we didn’t earn it, we couldn’t pay for it, but He offers it freely if you believe in Him and follow Him.

"Governor Kathy Hochul signed into law a bill that creates significant penalties for failure to register Rent Stabilized apartments in a timely manner. In the event a timely registration is not filed and after notice of such delinquency, an owner can be assessed a fine of $500 per unregistered unit for each month the registration is delinquent.
Annual Rent Registrations must reflect the status of the building and apartments on April 1, 2024. Note, before filing 2024 registrations, unsubmitted registrations for prior years have a status of late and unregistered and will result in a fine of $500 per unit, per month.

It was my great honor to be with each and every one of you yesterday.
We have one whose family has been in an apartment since 1940. IF she paid rent (which she doesn't) the rent would be $350. We can't evict her for non payment because she's grandfathered in.
Meanwhile according to the assessments, they claim we get $3000 for that apartment. We're taxed on that amount.
You don’t know how much I needed this today.❤❤❤❤
