As it has turned out, the fact that all the cases are tried in juridictions where juries are so heavily Democrat is the most systemic unconstitutional flaw. The idea that a “jury of peers “ should not factor in obvious political bias ignores common sense and decency ,akin to denying the fact that there is a home field advantage in sports. Why can’t Republicans get standing to argue this as a gross civil rights violation? To think that my vote is held hostage to 12 rabidly Democrat jurors is worth fighting hard to overturn.

From a scientific perspective, they don't care about scientific truth. They care about climbing the science hierarchy (think Fauci) and having their names recognized. They are truly a sad collection of self-convinced but ignorant people.
Here in Florida the temperature quite often rapidly drops in the late afternoon.
The CO2 in the atmosphere is not preventing those rapid drop offs.
If the planet is warming, it is not because of atmospheric CO2.

That’s why I like his argument, I use it too. You take away their hammer by accepting it. I tell people the planet is warming and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. It will cool at some point and nothing can be done about that either.
now wouldn’t that be interesting if worldwide temps began to plummet. got to wonder how these fruitcakes would take it. maybe claim that it isn’t really getting colder and that we just don’t understand the difference between cold and hot?

The oceans are warming from volcanic activity, not man-made anything.
Warmer ocean water = warmer air temperature in places where it can make a difference, like the poles, might be valid.
However, more regulations, less freedom, and higher taxes are NOT going to change it.
And it’s been going on for way too long.
