Maybe only in DC and NYC? They say Republicans have unfair advantage due to apportionment of Senate and electoral college; it is miniscule compared to trying to get a fair trial if you are Republican, conservative or anti-progressive. As it has turned out, the fact that all the cases are tried in juridictions where juries are so heavily Democrat is the most systemic unconstitutional flaw. The idea that a “jury of peers “ should not factor in obvious political bias ignores common sense and decency ,akin to denying the fact that there is a home field advantage in sports. Why can’t Republicans get standing to argue this as a gross civil rights violation? To think that my vote is held hostage to 12 rabidly Democrat jurors is worth fighting hard to overturn.

The left have no ethics, no honor, and do not value truth. They don't actually care about protecting women's rights, helping minorities, ensuring justice, or essentially anything else they claim to champion. They are cynical self-righteous people with an agenda - who don't care at all about nature, animals, preservation of innocence, the Earth, wilderness, your rights, my rights, or the rights of anyone who doesn't fit their selfish agenda - and the vast majority of them are blindly selfish.

From a scientific perspective, they don't care about scientific truth. They care about climbing the science hierarchy (think Fauci) and having their names recognized. They are truly a sad collection of self-convinced but ignorant people.
