I have observed the incompetence and injustice of our legal system all my life from national stories and articles detailing how they blundered/botched cases before them. I have some direct experience with observing courts blundering/botching cases, and what I have seen with my own eyes is that they more often than not get it wrong.

I perceive my local courts as just incompetent, while I perceive many national courts as lying/corrupt/evil.

Yes, our judicial system is a dysfunctional mass of ritual which places "procedure" above justice.
