French President Emmanuel Macron has announced the creation of a coalition to provide Ukraine with "medium- and long-range missiles and bombs".

Details: Macron said Western leaders decided to "create a coalition for deep strikes, and therefore for [supplying Ukraine with] medium- and long-range missiles and bombs."
He also called on European countries to produce more munitions.

NATO will not come to the defense of individual EU nations involved in Ukraine, per the bilateral agreements, being signed by individual NATO members.
NATO wants to test the theory that Romanian, Polish, or French troops can be sent to Ukraine to directly confront Russia. By the use of bilateral agreements it does not invoke a united NATO response.
The real dog and pony show starts when Ukrainian F16s take off from Germany and hit Russians in Russia. Does NATO then join the war on the side of Germany if the Ukrainian aircraft are destroyed after returning to the German/NATO airfields in Germany?
Macron wants to allow Ukraine to garrison their soldiers in France, and througout NATO countries to protect them until they go to the front lines. They want Ukrine to own tank and artillery and munitions production facilities on NATO soil.
There is going to be a moment when soldiers from NATO countries enter Ukraine under NOT NATO, BUT BILATERAL AGREEMENT, and Russia destroys them completely. The real question is whether an individual nation from NATO who losses their infantry brigade will be targeted by Russia. NATO is hoping that they can directly fight Russia without the Alliance under NATO, but individually.
NATO is trying “Lawfare” against Russia. Same as with the DNC against political opponents at home. They are hoping to hide behind being directly accused of involvement.
It is a stupid game. Macron and France are putting themselves out their on their own - they are observers to NATO since 1968, and not actual members of NATO. This allows NATO to give France or not give France cover.
This war is designed to destroy the people of the US and Europe so they may be repalced by an uneducated third world class of people.
