This bill not being passed now is what caused him and his HS Secretary to reverse all of the border security policies in place after he took office? And this bill not being in place has prevented him all of this time from putting those policies back into place?
Of course not. But that is the spin - Trump and the Republicans caused the problem and left Biden helpless to do anything - Trump left him with a mess and the Republicans don’t want to fix it - but he and the Democrats will if only given the chance.
