Agreed. She’s a huge turnoff. Her persona is calculating, strident, and argumentative, and not at all Presidential. I keep coming around in my admittedly depressed imagination to the notion that the ballot will feature Newsome and Haley, neither of whom should be President. In that same depressed perspective, I do see them somehow keeping Trump off the ballot. I don’t claim to know how that will come about, but I do see that the world/our nation just doesn’t follow the norms I’ve lived with all of my 62 years any longer. Anything, literally, seems possible. Hell, I can honestly imagine a Booty Juice/Sam Brinton ticket...
I can totally see Bidet stepping down at the convention for a pre-ordained successor, but I cannot imagine it is Newsome. I believe it will be either Michael, or Maryland governor Wes Moore, who is obama2.0 with a military pedigree. I just can’t square democrats stepping over the first “black” female and installing a white male replacement.
