I heard that zElensky misspoke, and it was only 3,100.

I doubt that it’s that low, especially given the shock attacks at the beginning of the war. There’s also a beachhead across a river that is being used as a meat grinder against the Ukranians by the Russians.

That said, the Ukranians don’t have the troops to lose and they don’t have the force multiplication doctrines to really re-take territory.

Likely 100,000-200,000 dead. For the Russians, 200,000-300,000 dead. Not including the wounded.

This war is just like WWI.
