I think it would be a cheap and easy way for China or NK to take out Americans without destroying our infrastructure.

I think they have Biden, for that. COVID did a pretty good job, for a start, too.

For myself, I think that there’s plenty enough to worry about before this. I expect the odds are far greater that they will just stop delivering you power. China is in a far better position to simply throw a switch to cause this to happen, than to deliver EMPs.
