Well, if a Hollywood actor told Tucker Carlson…it must be true.
It appears to happen rather frequently. There have been a couple of that size since but we werent hit. There was evidence that one did in the late 900s and the one that caught us in the late 700s was 10x Carrington.
We have just been lucky so far.
We don’t need a solar flare event to collapse our electric grid, over reliance on unreliable solar and wind can easily produce the same effect. Texas in 2019 had blackouts leaving millions without electric power and even water for days due to a weather front freezing up the windmills.
I want to bump this....I think this is the deep state plan. It would only take destroying large transformers in 20 substation s to take out our electric grid.
Trump recognized the threat of China and banned, via executivew order, the use of Chinese made stuff like large scale transformers in our grid.

There are currently at least 200 Chinese made large scale transformers in our grid made by China. They are purported to be accessible via the internet by china. They could be taken down this way OR even sabatoged by agents on the ground. Normal replacement time for these transformers could be anywhere from 18 months to 5 years.
IF they are taken down the grid goes down and we are in chaos we would gladly take the assistance of China in restoring them. Who’s to say China doesn’t already have replacement transformers ready to go? And when they take the grid down they’ll offers assistance (troops) to restore order so they can ship the waiting transformers over? Our politicians would welcome it and then we are now living in a new China.

I remember reading William Forstchen’s 2009 novel “One Second After” ... messed me up for a solid week! ... and I don’t believe countermeasures have improved all that much, but America’s enemies are clearly more capable than ever of pulling this off ... especially when our recent Democrat/Communist presidents provide financial support to these vicious enemies.
