They set the perjury trap and Wade walked right into it.
On the stand, or in an affidavit, they were under oath. Even were they not under oath, they were officers of the court.

I’d assume that since it pertains to the inquest over disqualifying Willis/Wade the judge will have to review it along with the courtroom hearing testimony. The article says “filed” so it should be included with the material on which the judge makes his impending ruling. Otherwise, the defense could use it on appeal?
