Google Pauses Ultra-Woke Gemini AI Image Generator Following ‘Inaccuracies’ in Historical Photos

Google announced it is pausing its ultra-woke Gemini AI image generator, saying the tool has created historical photos with “inaccuracies.”

“We’re already working to address recent issues with Gemini’s image generation feature. While we do this, we’re going to pause the image generation of people and will re-release an improved version soon,” Google said in a Thursday X/Twitter post.

The tech giant’s statement was an update from its Wednesday announcement, which was, “We’re aware that Gemini is offering inaccuracies in some historical image generation depictions.”

Also happens when searching with DuckDuckGo, which shows they rely on Google for searching. Shocking, all those white inventors with dark faces.

Basically anything new so far is based on photos from supposedly the middle 1800’s to now.

We,the customers are supposed to check off what is important to us re the additional photos.

claims of AI speeding up research are nothing more than the ability of pretty much any special-purpose software to sift through large amounts of data and detect patterns, something humans COULD do if there was enough of them and they had enough time ...

remember: we landed people on the moon with equipment and trajectories designed, manufactured and launched with nothing but slide rules and manual drafting ... the first TI and HP scientific calculators had yet to be invented ... yes, there was an itty-bitty discrete-built computer onboard the Apollos to handle the complex real-time guidance and stabilization tasks, but that too was designed without the help of CAD ...
