WASHINGTON — Newly unearthed footage from Jan. 6, 2021, appears to show a rioter — a man identified in an NBC News story nearly two years ago — firing a gun into the air outside the Capitol during the attack.
Online sleuths who have aided in hundreds of Jan. 6 prosecutions say he is the same man they identified to the FBI who is currently individual No. 200 on the bureau’s Capitol Violence page, which he first appeared on three years ago. Videos and photographs from the Capitol on Jan. 6 showed him with what appears to be a gun in his waistband. As NBC News previously reported, that man, John Emanuel Banuelos, told Salt Lake City police that he was at the Capitol and had been captured on film with a gun. “I was in the D.C. riots,” he told the investigators, according to a police transcript. “I’m the one in the video with the gun right here.”
Banuelos has not been arrested or charged in connection with Jan. 6; the Salt Lake City police had arrested him in connection with the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Christopher Thomas Senn in a park on July 4, 2021.

A guy pulls out a gun and fires into the air. It has been 3 years and this video/report is just coming out? In the meanwhile, they identify and jail grandma from North Dakota just for being present? How can this be?
I saw the video...He was on a mission...He climbed up some scaffolding...fired one shot (I think) up int9o the air..not at a person or object. Climbed down and disappeared into the crowd. Did not see the crowd panic.
Mostly likely a government asset trying to rile up the protestors, because he has never been mentioned until recently, let alone been arrested.
For all we know...it could have been a blank...and probably was. Sounded like a gun from a racing start.
Release of footage like this reminds me of when “newly released footage” comes out of airplanes hitting the WTC on 911.

When Antifa saw Rittenhouse being chased by a crazed protestor, one of them fired a shot in the air to spook Rittenhouse.
They arrest people in DC for merely possessing a firearm. Why was this guy not identified and arrested? Did no one review the video?
It took 3 years to identify this guy! But when they wanted to identify him, it was pretty easy.
I saw this clip a couple of weeks ago I think it was on a YouTube and they pointed out all why it seems like a setup government thing.
