Plus he probably had music blasting in the cab. He said he’s deaf in one ear. Well why couldn’t he hear the train horn with the other ear? Train horns are among the loudest things.

Look at the tracking that Amazon is doing. Camera pointed at the driver. I do not know what that lines are going up and down.
Plus the driver missed seeing a train?
He was looking right at it!
