How do they prove that when climate is a natural thing built into the planet and CO2 is a Life gas

Let me know when Pritzker gives back all the money the state raked in from gas taxes (which of course he raised).

No petroleum products should be delivered to Shitcago....ever.
Shitcago, NYC, along with others like it, should become the “Bud Light” of big cities....LOL

This could be a good thing, assuming there is a fair trail because it will bring glow-bull warming to a legal test where they have to prove it exists. They are going against companies with deep pockets in the legal department and it could be a good fight all the way the the Supremes.
And yes, the good people of Chitcago voted for this. Would Al Capone be proud of his followers turning communist? I doubt it.

I really wish these companies would have a spine and when the suit is filed, discontinue business with the city and in the city. Turn off the gas, diesel and natural gas. If these big 6 did that, the city will come to a halt and likely freeze.
Lawsuit will be dropped in days.

Such lawfare is a form of taxation. They can’t raise tax rates, but they can sue for the funds.
Yes, oil companies should abandon states that want to do this.

The big oil companies have been taken to court repeatedly on charges like this. The cases have been routinely thrown out. This one will be also.

Following New York’s example, pass an ex post facto law, then use it with the help of a corrupt AG and judge to seize the assets of the company.

In most civil cases, the two sides are advised not to contact each other and keep your mouth shut and do not engage in any sort of business agreement with the other party after the lawsuit has been filed.
I think the Oil Companies should follow that logic and stop selling fossil fuels to Chicago until this issue is settled.

Oil companies must be punished! So, I propose that all oil and gas deliveries to Chicago are to be stopped from now on.
