Saudi media reports that Israel has information and assessments that indicate that Hamas leaders have escaped into Egypt.
The potential fugitives include both Yahya Sinwar and his brother Mohammed as well as other senior figures in the organization.
The fugitives are thought to have escaped along with other Hamas officials through tunnels between Rafah and Sinai.
Along with the fear that top Hamas officials have escaped Israeli forces, there is a growing concern that they have taken Israeli hostages...

Egypt will probably do nothing. However, that won’t stop Israel from hunting them down, even if it takes years. Unless the leaders remain permanently holed up, Israel will get them.
Mossad knows how to do wet work. It’ll be a black eye on El Sissy if it comes to that. But it’ll be trouble for him with Da Brudderhood if he does anything himself. So the least bad option for him is to quietly green-light Mossad, and then make some angry noises when they finish whacking them and saving any hostages still alive. Blahblahblah Egyptian sovereignty. Blahblahbllah, I wipe my a@@ on the Camp David Accord, etc., etc.
This gives Israel the go-ahead to blast a huge hole in the Egyptian fence and push out 500,000+ Gazans into Sinai. This is the only way they can finish Hamas once and for all.
I thought Egypt didn’t want these evil scum bags. Just like Operation Wrath of God, Israel might be hunting down these chumps for a long time.
Continue tunnel eradication. Put Mossad on the trail of the leaders.
Egypt likely doesn’t.
And if it takes care of the problem the way I suspect it might...
Works for me.
Mossad needs to act. Hunt. Them. Down. Expurgate.
I will argue that if escaped to Egypt they are now long gone to safety in maybe Qatar.
The world and the media are pretending Hamas still exists. Hamas is dead.
The government probably doesn’t want them, but there are people within the government with differing agendas.
The Saudi’s are covering for Egypt. Saudi is telling the Arab street that Egypt saved the Hamas leaders.
Egypt is not allowing such an escape. Hamas is bottled up in an ever decreasing of tunnels just north of the border. Yayah and brother and families are still in Gaza
The one disadvantage of the new age of cell phones is Israel can no longer blow up terrorist leaders by ringing them up worldwide on the landline and make their bloodthirsty heads explode.
may have?
or not...
...or Democrats helped them cross our Southern border, and they’re now residing in Ilhan Omar’s district in Minneapolis.
and bulldoze with Cat D-5s 1,000,000+ and use coaxial machineguns from Merkava's on the ones that run. .....THEN you will have peace.
Tunnels....
Israel needs to destroy every tunnel that exists. No matter how long it takes.
I don’t trust Saudi media. I barely trust Arutz Sheva. In fact, I don’t trust any media at this time. So the thing to look at is what are the Saudis trying to say?
plus, the story is second or third hand information without any corroboration. It might be true, but it is certainly NOT news yet, but speculation.

The Saudi speculation is for the benefit of the Arab street.
You and I don’t matter.
