Republican presidential contender Nikki Haley announced that she will be giving a “state of the race” address on Tuesday, fueling rumors of a potential exit.
In a press release, the Haley campaign announced that the former South Carolina governor will be speaking at 12 p.m. eastern time in Greenville. Details provided on the speech were scarce, with media outlets being informed that Haley will be speaking on the “state of the race.”

> Well, even if Trump wins the WH he will lose the house and Senate
I mean, just look @ what was “accomplished” when Trump was in the W.H. & the (R)N(C) held both chambers *YUGE eye rolling*
“Hire us & we’ll repeal ACA”. *Hired*. “Well, we can’t pass ONE of the prior 7 ACA repeal bills...But, we CAN ‘run it BETTER’”. “$80B for a border wall? That’s WAY too much...Here’s $160B in ‘foreign aide’”
(R)N(C): Constitution/smaller govt? What are these of which you speak?!
Yes, the Uni Party at its finest.
DROP OUT BEFORE THE S CAROLINA PRIMARY.
Endorse Trump.
yuk, yuk....I see what you did there. ;-)
Nikki Who?
One hour to go.
Thread bump.
Nikki is an identitarian globalist. One of her previous campaign paramours reported in an affidavit that she likes being ‘on top’. Maybe she has unfulfilled sexual tension since she will never be ‘on top’ in this political contest.
Thirty minutes to go.
Thread bump.
The Uniparty always wins, until it doesn’t.. and that’s the thing here.... and most people just refuse to see the truth.
They think its D vs R, when its really the people vs the political establishment.
Currently the uniparty has enough control that it doesn’t really matter which party controls anything they have a majority they can tap at any time to stop or push things.
Need something that R’s tend to like, can move enough D’s to go for it if needed... Need something D’s tend to like, can move enough R’s to make it happen.
McCain’s petty personal vindictiveness toward Trump kept Obamacare alive, Romney, Murkowski and Collins are reliable to go with Dems on all but the most crazy leftist proposals. Romney is gone... and R’s should pick up a few Senate Seats just based on the map... how much good it will do we will see, but hopefully if they gain a few seats the murkowski/collins can be somewhat countered.
The reality it our system is designed to allow for change, but does so largely at a slow pace intentionally... So America First Movement, and driving out the existing establishment doesn’t happen overnight and is not going to be a linear path, but if it can sustain itself long enough it will result in change.
I don’t have any blind faith in the GOP establishment, they are a part of the problem, period. However, we much keep marching forward, if we want to truly effect change.
I think they really believe they'll have Trump in jail before the convention and they'll need someone to appoint. Haley thinks it's going to be her, and she's sending the signal that she's willing to stick it out, in spite of the trouncing she is going to get in each of the primaries.
Corporate boards for Nikki then, with a book deal and big fees from speeches on the side.
She can stay in as long as she wants—but she will lose all fifty states—some of them by stunning mind-boggling margins.
If the Deep State wants to dictate to the Republicans she is toxic at this point.
They would find someone else.
After you get crushed by “None of the Above” you are on the political trash heap.
I think you nailed it.
She’s just freaking clueless.
She really doesn’t grasp what is going on, and how much
danger this nation and in fact the world is in right now.
Well, perhaps so. Some of these folks have a confused
grasp of what is going on, and they think they are all
that stands between sanity and chaos. Sadly, they are
all a part of the latter.
Matthew Dowd said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Katy Tur Reports” that the new Republican Party is reflected best by former President Donald Trump.
On Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign, Dowd said, “Well, she’s running in the wrong party. I mean, that’s the problem she has. It’s like the Republican Party that she’s running from and appealing to no longer exists.
I like the sound of that. I see some signs that may be
the case, but I’ll admit to being so jaded that I can’t
quite accept it.
We’ll see
Thanks for the comments and link.
We've noticed the Trump and icky Niki ads since we got back to SC. The LIES she tells in those ads about Trump are so over the top, they're funny! Just hope less sophisticated voters don't believe Nikki's stupid lies.
