These people passed through numerous countries on the trek to the promised land. Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico were along the way. They are all Spanish speaking and have jobs available. But they don’t allow foreigners to stay more than 90 days and don’t provide shelter, food, airfare and cash.

In complete violation of US law and international standards they illegally crossed the US border and ask for asylum.

I’ll bet a nickel that one way airfare to Venezuela or any of the 8 other countries they traversed is cheaper than 3 months of rent assistance.
