Conservative group tells judge it has no evidence to back its claims of Georgia ballot stuffing

A conservative group has told a Georgia judge that it doesn't have evidence to support its claims of illegal ballot stuffing during the the 2020 general election and a runoff two months later.

Texas-based True the Vote filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021, including one in which it said it had obtained “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the November 2020 election and a January 2021 runoff.

A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta signed an order last year requiring True the Vote to provide evidence it had collected, including the names of people who were sources of information, to state elections officials who were frustrated by the group's refusal to share evidence with investigators. In their written response, attorneys for True the Vote said the group had no names or other documentary evidence to share.

“Once again, True the Vote has proven itself untrustworthy and unable to provide a shred of evidence for a single one of their fairy-tale allegations," Raffensperger spokesman Mike Hassinger said Wednesday. "Like all the lies about Georgia’s 2020 election, their fabricated claims of ballot harvesting have been repeatedly debunked.”

True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. A State Election Board investigation found that surveillance camera footage that the film claimed showed ballot stuffing actually showed people submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law.

The election board subpoenaed True the Vote to provide evidence that would assist it in investigating the group's ballot trafficking allegations.

True the Vote's complaint said its investigators "spoke with several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods,

I keep wondering about the movie 2000 Mules, where they used phone data to show the same people coming back to ballot drop boxes over & over again. Isn’t THAT proof of ballot box stuffing? And why isn’t TTV presenting it?

You have to remember that Rattenspewer and his minions were INTENSELY interested in obtaining the name of one of the ballot box stuffers who came clean to True The Vote.

And it wasn't because they wanted to expose vote fraud...

Read the article, typical of exactly the kind of twisted propaganda and sophistry I expect from MSN. I stand by the overall point I was making, the court will accept no evidence regardless of what is presented.

No that I have given MSN a click they do not deserve, what exactly was your point? They can use geospatial as evidence of J6 so much so as to lock people up for extreme sentences but darn it, it just isn’t enough to count as evidence in voter fraud. Guess you can’t see the contradiction in that. As I said they just refuse to accept the evidence they don’t want to accept.

FTA “Prior to the State Election Board’s investigation, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation looked into True the Vote’s assertion that it was able to use surveillance video and geospatial mobile device information to support its allegations. In a September 2021 letter, Vic Reynolds, who was then the GBI’s director, said the evidence produced did not amount to proof of ballot harvesting.”

Good luck selling that notion here.

Coronal the Lefty, who only posts bad news for Trump and MAGA, and serial vote fraud denier Rightwing Conspiratr1.

A match made at DU.

Good call on these guys, rlmorel!

Don’t know about Coronal. Never had much interaction.

Rightwing Conspiratr1 is a tool. Someone who thinks he’s bright, but after having some interaction with him, realized he doesn’t know squat.

And worse, he doesn’t know it.

Re: 17 - and to which TTV has now stated they have no such evidence.

Unfortunately another ding to their credibility.

TTV has done some good work. But making claims they can’t back up
hurts their cause.

“MSN “news””

isn’t imagine that so many people here just take this as the God’s honest truth. I can’t keep track of all the groups providing evidence, but plenty of real evidence for vote fraud has been presented to the public. I believe it was Kari Lake? who showed us all the ballots with the same signatures or addresses. And then she got charged with a crime for showing them to us. Freepers have become so gullible. The paid infiltrators did their job and got away with turning brains to mush.

"...People need to look at this article and see what is written, what is not written, how it is worded, why it is worded that way, and who wrote it. Do those five things, and this article will make more sense..."

Fury, you should keep this in mind before reach your conclusions.

Over years of opposition research, I learned that whispers and rumors about the opposition were often hard to either prove or disprove — especially the most enticing ones. Unless you paid close attention to standards of evidence and proof, you could be led down endless rabbit trails. This may be what happened to True The Vote — or they may have reached the limits of time and resources, with the evidence remaining hidden because of the skill and preparation of their adversaries.

I read the article and considered how it was written. If you have a take that might help inform FReepers, I thank you in advance for considering to post about it.

There was a hearing before a Georgia stooge-"judge" (Amero) in January 2021 with Garland Favorito of VoterGA and Fani "Fatti The Grifter" Willis, about examining the Fulton County ballots from the 2020 "election".

I watched as Fatti "explained" to the Stooge Amero for a good hour all the reasons why taxpayers couldn't look at public records paid for by the public.

It smelled then - and now that we know that she's a fat fraud as an attorney, it smells even worse.

Amero just strung Favorito and VoterGA along for a few months, until he "suddenly realized" that VoterGA "had no standing".

Two corrupt creeps, hiding blatant vote fraud.

and to which TTV has now stated they have no such evidence.

The evidence would be used to go after True The Vote's confidential sources.

But you already knew that before you posted, didn't you?

True the Vote faces several issues.

Geospatial mobile device information only counts when the fibbies are going after The Tater's political enemies, and outfits like Perkins Coie and its political fixer Marc Elias are just WAITING for names to come out so the lawfare attacks can begin.

Here’s the deal: Oswald assassinating Kennedy remains the official story.

But almost nobody believes it.

There has been tons of additional evidence, ie grassy knoll, etc.

Despite all this, the official story is unchanged. Perhaps most importantly, our President remains dead.

The public attitude about the potential for a coverup is real and alive. But that took a LONG time.

That’s what’ll probably happen with 2020….in 15+ years.

For now though, we are facing some really tough odds in 2024 - which is something on which we CAN take action TODAY to effect a clean election.

In the meantime, we are getting distracted by a combo of people who really believe but can’t produce the goods. Or, worse yet, plants that lead people off a cliff. A fractured front is what they want, and they’re getting it.

I have no doubt that in a decade or so the public will think differently about 2020. But just as Kennedy remains Dead, Bidet remains President.

We need to focus energies on 2024.
