Does this make me some kind of freaking genius that I realized that Joe Biden was a dimwitted, craven liar in 1988 when he was laughed out of the presidential campaign for his serial plagiarism?

Incredible report that lays out the crimes of Biden which are irrefutable BUT then says he’s to old and senile to be charged and stand trial. It’s pretty bizarre for a prosecutor. It’s no big deal, Biden can still be president though.
Yes, you are write but there is one small chink pf possibility......HUrs report could be used to initiate a 25th amendment removal of Biden.
BUt as you say, unlikely.BUt the Senate has that report, and they could act.

The first step in the 25th amendment is that the Vice President has to start the process.
If they do not do so then nothing happens.
Congress enters late in the process—and is irrelevant in the early stages.

There is no explanation why they are not prosecuting Biden’s ghost writer for deleting his recorded conversations after the discovery of the classified documents. It seems they were prosecuting J6 defendants for that.
Hes NOT a SPY per se.....hes SELLING AMERICA’S SECRETS AND SOLD ACCESS.....oh wait....he IS A SPY.

That ghost writer needs to sing like a canary and we need a forensic reconstruction of that hard drive. The military techies can do that unless it is physicaly destroyed.
Based on the Biden rule, established by Hur and Garland, charges against Trump should be immediately dropped, and probably for a lot of other folks that Biden has prosecuted for similar matters in recent years.
MArk is treating this like its a “gotcha” moment.
I look forward to hearing what he has to say tonight.
Perhaps impeaching Joe for espionage will be the answer.
