Uhhhh no. Charges were absolutely warranted. Biden broke the law. There is in fact no question that Biden broke the law. He retained documents he was not allowed as either a Senator OR as Vice President, to have. Lots and lots of classified documents in fact. The special prosecutor CHOSE not to bring charges he said BECAUSE of Biden's diminished mental capacity. He claimed Biden's severe dementia would prevent him from having the intent necessary as an element of the crime.

It just doesn’t work when these other candidates try to out-insult Trump. For starters, they usually need a team of consultants to figure out the insults for them. On top of that, they end up coming across as mean spirited, not funny. The thing about Trump’s insults is that they usually key in on some genuine character weakness of the target, and they’re also done in response to an initial attack or act of disloyalty by the opponent. As Trump likes to say, he’s a counter-puncher.
