After a year of getting roundly humiliated by Donald Trump and failing to unseat him as the leader of the Republican Party, Ron DeSantis finally dropped out of the race and endorsed Trump’s bid to reclaim the White House. But while the former president publicly retired his “DeSanctimonious” nickname, Trump has privately made clear over the past two weeks that he’s not ready to let go of his grudge against the Florida governor and former ally.
One of the sources, who has spoken to the ex-president about this topic recently, bluntly characterizes Trump’s attitude on DeSantis’ future as wanting to turn “Ron into a political eunuch” who never gets to be president, much less lead his party. In months past, as Rolling Stone previously reported, Trump privately insisted that if DeSantis truly wishes to earn his forgiveness, the Florida governor would have to “kiss my ass, a lot.”
For now, it appears that the adequate ass kissing has yet to begin.

Anyone who kisses Trumps axx, is unworthy to succeed him in conservative leadership. Of all the enemies Trump faces, continuing to exert malice on DeSantis…is a waste of time. Our time. We need Trump to get out of the weeds and focus on swamp draining.

That would be a huuuuuuuugh mistake on Trump’s part if true. All Republican focus now should be on pointing how the Democrats have failed the American people and are destroying this Republic.

Ron made himself a eunuch. Incredibly stupid and shortsighted to run for President on the premise that Trump would be taken out by lawfare. He’s earned whatever penalty he receives.
Trump, who’s got plenty of other Augean Stables to clear out, is entitled to be highly ticked off at all the unnecessary extra work Meatball and Bird Brain forced him to do to get the pubby POTUS nom sewed up.
Eventually his forgiving nature will prevail but for now he should be allowed to verbally blow off steam without being undermined by miles.
