I haven’t carried my thinking that far, but I suppose that’s a possibility. I’m more concerned about the cheating that took place in 2020...never pursued by the bulk of our elected Republican congress critters...and the cheating that will occur during the 2024 election.

I would think NY law would only apply to NY property and NY loans.
To claim Trump had $370 million in gains on property but that no gains were possible since he took out the loan(s) seems rather odd.
