LOL, apparently thousands of Russian nuclear missiles aimed at us is not sufficient proof of animosity to some. Okay
I asked this question earlier - no one wanted to answer it.
“Immediately after (and during) WWII up until Russia got ‘the bomb,’ how many nuclear weapons were targeted for Russia?”
Today, BOTH sides target each other. I’d also hazard a guess that in addition to Russia, the US has them targeted at China, NK, and a few other countries one might not expect.
Went from "enemy" to "animosity" rather quickly there, didn't you, Bucko.
No doubt, the Russians and we have thousands of nuclear missiles aimed at each another. This has been the MAD doctrine for decades, and since before Reagan by the way. Using your perspective, we are their "enemy" and they are ours. Excepting the small point that neither side has begun that MAD-colored, world-ending exchange of missiles.
Sufficient proof of "animosity?" Indeed. And ZERO proof from you when asked for any formal declaration by the federal government that the Russian Federation is OFFICIALLY an "enemy." Ergo, no citation from you.
Rhetoric and assertions are fine, but verifiable citations are even better. As our president of some decades ago said, "trust but verify."
That applies to us all. So, verify please, if you are proving "enemy" status. With a federal citation of official, actual "enemy status." not just sanctions, which are pursuit of foreign policy by legal means. I'll wait.
Some assistance: such a document or citation would like like one of these....
Executive Order 13224 - Bureau of CounterterrorismEven Biden, McConnell and Schumer -- your chums -- know the difference between "Harmful Foreign Activities," the current Executive Order verbiage, and "enemy." Which is why the term is avoided in OFFICIAL declarations until the time of a nuclear "kaboom." And in the case of MAD not deterring, it is very likely no declaration will be made "before."
