Why won’t Trump debate Biden? He ought to do well. I doubt the Dems are about to take instruction from Scott.

He is stupid and inept, but fortunately he is not the type to fly off the handle and do something completely new or out of character. I am not really worried about Biden and our nukes.

I consulted Google on your question about Harris’s citizenship. Here is what Google says:

“A natural born citizen refers to someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth, and did not need to go through a naturalization proceeding later in life. Under the 14th Amendment’s Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US.”

If she was born in the US, then she was natural born.

Just remember that if Biden is removed And different candidate runs in the democrat party then you may get fewer democrats voting for Trump.

GOP Calls to Invoke 25th Amendment After Special Counsel Casts Doubt on Biden’s Mental Acuity: ‘This Man Has the Nuclear Codes’

While highlighting evidence of America’s oldest ever president “willfully” mishandling classified documents, Special Counsel Hur’s report details Biden’s significant cognitive decline — perhaps more politically damning than his handling of classified materials.

The report, released Thursday, concludes that prosecution is unlikely due to the challenges of proving willful intent beyond a reasonable doubt and Biden’s sympathetic public image.

In response, Republican members are urging the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment — which addresses presidential succession and disability procedures — or face impeachment, while questioning how Democrats in “good conscience” can tell Americans he is mentally competent enough to continue being Commander-in-Chief.

“For the safety of our nation, Joe Biden must resign,” declared Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL). “He could not remember basic facts about his life. He is not competent to remain as Commander-in-Chief & every day that he remains, he puts America at risk.”

“If he won’t resign, the Cabinet must invoke the 25th Amendment,” she added.

That’s all true. But remember that Biden is not actually running the country. He never has been. Been incompetent during his entire presidency. He is just a puppet figure. The real people running the show are behind the curtain. And they are not good people. If they get a more attractive puppet then Trump will lose some votes. Just common sense.

The Dems are really painted into a corner with this. The only justification for not prosecuting him is that he’s feeble-minded, so if they think he shouldn’t be prosecuted, they have to justify keeping a feeble-minded man in the Oval Office.

On the other hand, reluctantly accepting the diagnosis and employing the 25th Amendment sticks them with Kamala Harris as their candidate in November instead of Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom. That may be why we’re already seeing Jamie Raskin trying to discredit Hur as a Republican operative despite him having been appointed by Garland.

...(based on the ineligibility of Kamala Harris to assume the Presidency)?

Too late to try to bring this up now!!

She HAS to be 'eligible' because the VICE president must be eligible to be president!

Twelfth Amendment to the United States Constitution - Wikipedia

Interaction with the Twenty-second Amendment[edit]

The Twelfth Amendment explicitly states the constitutional requirements as provided for the president also apply to being vice president and the Twenty-second Amendment bars a two-term president from being elected to a third term, but it is unexplicit whether these amendments together bar any two-term president from later serving as vice president as well as from succeeding to the presidency from any point in the United States presidential line of succession.[21]

Some contend that the Twelfth Amendment concerns qualification for service, while the Twenty-second Amendment concerns qualifications for election, and thus a former two-term president is still eligible to serve as vice president.[22]

Some legal scholars propose the contention above would inadequately consider the opportunity it affords for one to serve as president more than two terms plus "[acting] as President, for more than two years," resulting in a violation of the Twenty-second Amendment.[23][24]

The interaction between the two amendments has not been tested, as no twice-elected president has ever been nominated for the vice presidency.

Biden’s handlers gave Biden free rein to make himself look this stupid in front of a public he is seeking reelection from. Look for Michelle to announce as soon as Barack and George think that Joe has sufficiently damaged himself.

They’ve been running this country into the ground for eleven years now. Why not finish it off?

That would be entertaining if Harris were rejected for that reason. They might talk her into stepping down, but don’t be too disappointed if race is paramount in politics and judges who went to Ivy League and similar schools.

Google would agree with the Nazis’ Sondergerichte, which replaced the German legal system with the principle that the Party always triumphs over law. They will accept the law when it helps their cause.

If you were raising the 25th amendment related to Trump but are not doing it related to Biden, you aren’t a journalist, a pundit, or a partisan. You are a whore.

Biden is either mentally capable to stand trial & should be charged for mishandling classified documents as Vice President OR he is unfit to serve as President.

There is no middle ground.

https://fxtwitter.com/RepTenney/status/1755802335324836167

Joe Biden isn’t capable to stand trial for all of the classified documents he stole after leaving office as a Senator and VP, yet he’s capable of carrying around the nuclear football?

Joe Biden is unfit to serve as POTUS!

Two solutions: 25th Amendment or impeachment.

It’s time to brush off the 25th Amendment. Joe Biden is completely mentally UNFIT for president, even his own DOJ says so! We’ve known this for a long time, but now Biden’s health has become a national security issue. REMOVE!

On Friday’s “Wake Up America,” Judge Andrew Napolitano explains what it would take for Joe Biden to be removed as President under the 25th Amendment.

The problem is that the 25th Amendment is for physical infirmity, not mental. Per Section 4, all Demented Joe has to do after the 25th is invoked is send two letters to resume being POTUS. It then takes a 2/3rds vote in both the House and Senate to get rid of him. (Impeachment is only a simple majority in the House and 2/3rds of the Senate)

Here is the Amendment in full:
Amendment XXV
Section 1.
In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Section 2.
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Section 3.
Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

Section 4.
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

The DOJ won’t prosecute because they are worried that a jury will expose Biden for what he is…suffering some cognitive issue that is at this point, dangerous. For safety and national security reasons…how is he fit to be president?

A survey of scholarship on the amendment found no specific threshold – medical or otherwise – for the "inability" contemplated in Section 4. The framers specifically rejected any definition of the term, prioritizing flexibility. Those implementing Section 4 should focus on whether – in an objective sense taking all of the circumstances into account – the President is "unable to discharge the powers and duties" of the office. The amendment does not require that any particular type or amount of evidence be submitted to determine that the President is unable to perform his duties. While the framers did imagine that medical evidence would be helpful to the determination of whether the President is unable, neither medical expertise nor diagnosis is required for a determination of inability ... To be sure, foremost in [the minds of the framers] was a physical or mental impairment. But the text of Section 4 sets forth a flexible standard intentionally designed to apply to a wide variety of unforeseen emergencies.[4]: 7,20  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-fifth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution

But, as long as Joe can sign two letters, one to the Speaker of the House and the other to the President Pro-Tempore of the Senate, requesting to be reinstated, he is back as POTUS. The next action to remove him would be a 2/3rds vote to remove in both the House and Senate - a higher threshold than impeachment.

If he is stroked out in a coma in a hospital, then he cannot sign these letters. That is what I think the framers of the 25th Amendment had in mind. Or, zoned out and incapable of signing his name.

Biden has angry dementia and will resist all attempts to remove him.

Frankly, I would rather run Trump against Biden than Trump against any other D. Yesterday’s double standard of prosecution discretion just helps Trump. Given this, I would advocate that the Republicans do not vote to remove Joe if given the chance. Deny them the 2/3rds. It is only until 1/20/2025 (about 10 months).

All IMHO.
