If the left keeps attacking the second amendment the Supreme Court is going to have to pass an injunctions against individual states where they cannot pass any legislation affecting the 2nd Amendment without Supreme Court review and consent. The Supreme Court this with voting rights and they need to do it with the 2nd Amendment.
What are they gonna do, rebel? With what?
Didn’t they want to create their own country? Let them and Puerto Rico go and see how long they last.
I agree and the rest of America’s constitution does not apply to Hawaii either so let’s just aloha
And help you leave to start your own country.
I’m other words get lost.
The aloha penumbra has nice alliteration to it.
The aloha penumbra has nice alliteration to it.
I read the article and I still don’t know what “the spirit of Aloha” means. No offense to Hawaiians, but it sounds like B.S. to me.
And they just now noticed, how about that. They aren’t very close with this Spirit, are they.
A decision by a State’s highest court is appealable to the USSC by Writ of Certiorari. The SCOTUS doesn’t have to take the case but I believe in this case, they would. Its open defiance to the Supreme Law of the Land.
Time to late term abortion some tyrants in black robes.
Get out of the states.
Get out of the states.
Reminds me of a time when some states claimed separate-but-equal was just a local custom.
First they burn your house down and then they take your guns. Hawaii sounds like a great place to live. /s
Then get the hell out of the union. Join up with north korea. Leave, already!
The problem with Democrats and guns is when a court ruling goes their way they’re all for enforcing it. And when it doesn’t they ignore it without any consequences. Hawaii comes in low on my list of places I’d want to live - ahead of North Korea Mongolia the Stans and Cuba it pretty much below everything else.
I wonder what other Bill of Rights do not apply to Hawaii because of the Aloha spirit?
I wonder if unreasonable search and seizure or perhaps the right to refuse to testify against oneself in a court of law also don’t apply in Hawaii.
The Supreme Court Justices will have a lot of fun with this case.
