After 10 minutes of listening, I am convinced we need a Major National Campaign to REPEAL the 19th Amendment. Well if you feel that strongly, get it going!

Except that the butch dykes, the man bun wearing gamma males, and the women who keep their husband’s cojones in a lock box will NEVER allow it.

The process of appointing Electors and separate voting by Electors in State capitals was DESIGNED ON PURPOSE to exclude the national government from potential draining of the swamp by the People in their States. But a question regarding the 14th Amendment is justicable, moreso with State governments relying in part in Section 3.

I voted for President Trump in the last two elections, will vote for him again if he survives the not so "supreme" court. I'll vote for him regardless of what the supremes say.

Liberal females are dominating the time and have already made up their minds that they are going to vote against Trump. Court will rule 6 to 3 or maybe 5 to 4.Yep, they are searching for ways to make this a narrow decision or vote against Trump.

7-2 with only Thomas & Alito following the Constitution.
This will make it official - SCOTUS is a compromised communist kangaroo court.
All states will begin removing Trump from the 2024 ballot.
If this doesn’t spark the beginning of a “hot” Revolutionary War, nothing will.

I think due process and equal protection would require that each party’s candidate be treated equally.

Before a person is punished for a crime (in this case “insurrection”), do they not have to be convicted of it?

Trump’s attorney is consistently watering down his own arguments when the justices give him chances to draw better conclusions. He keeps pulling his punches, even in his brief! Like so many of Trump’s appointments, this attorney almost seems to be working against him, either deliberately or through incompetence.
