A long-awaited report by special counsel Robert Hur will be made public in the coming days after a yearlong investigation into how classified documents found their way to President Joe Biden’s home and office, according to a senior law enforcement official familiar with the matter.
The imminent release of a public report confirms that, as expected, no criminal charges will be filed. It is unclear to what extent the report will criticize Biden or aides regarding their handling of classified material.
The Washington Post first reported that the Justice Department is set to release Hur's report shortly.
Biden advisers have privately expressed concern that Hur may clear him of any wrongdoing but publicly declare that he was sloppy or careless in his handling of classified materials, two people familiar with the matter told NBC News.

Now, Rep. James Comer, of the House Oversight Committee, is zeroing in on “The UPenn Biden Center” in Washington, D.C., as part of the panel’s investigation into classified documents discovered in Biden’s former office at the DC Center. Comer laid it out in a letter to the U of Penn
President, and is specifically interested in learning:
<><>who had access to the Penn Biden Center,
<><>who has a “visitors’ log” of those who met with Biden at the think tank,
<><>the presence, if any, of “lawful security measures” WRT to viewing US classified documents
<><>who at UPenn has “security clearance” necessary to view Biden’s classified documents
<><>whether Chinese donations to “The Biden Center” were disguised payments for classified info.
Of course not, because according to RATS, it’s perfectly fine for a Senator and Vice President who has no Constitutional authority to declassify, remove and retain classified government documents for years, and store them in unsecured areas. RATS simply change the rules to suit their needs.
Then why the hell is Trump on trial when this pig Biden had classified documents in a heap in his garage?
These investigations are interesting, for us, that know what’s, actually, going on but, in the long run, they’re just theater.

Even stranger......Biden’s SS detail says they “do not keep visitors’ logs” there, b/c his Delaware home is his “private residence.”
But vote-crazed Biden had no qualms ordering the FBI to raid Trump’s private residence in Fla for classified documents (docs Trump was entitled to have as president.)
They’ve obviously already removed anything that can damage Biden or baby boy Hunter.
So Biden’s using his patented b/s......certified in Delaware.
Then when they find nothing, Biden can smirk and tell the pubic “he’s so relieved.”
How can you have NO charges if the ‘findings’ haven’t been found yet?
