The REAL question is, why are people worked up into a lather over what will inevitably be a highly edited piece of media?
Someone young, the other day, asked me why so many people his age suddenly were losing their mind over the plight of the Palestinians, when prior to October 2023 they never said boo about them.
I explained that his peers crave attention, and by jumping on this bandwagon they’re hoping they will remain with the in-crowd (or have their organs harvested after the others).
It’s the same thing with people who’ve gone off the rails being pro-Putin or pro-Ukraine. They probably couldn’t find Ukraine (or Russia..) on a map before February 2022. But they were unable to conservative virtue-signal in a way that made them stand out.
But NOW…well…THIS scratched their attention-craving itch. They can’t be happy as “just” an individual or Trump supporters or traditional, normal patriotic American. Now they’re part of a CAUSE…
So, Tucker will interview Putin, the Kremlin will edit the crap out of that footage, and both sides will declare victory on 100+ post threads, and call each other Zeepers and Putinistas.
Meanwhile, Trump vs Biden goes unnoticed. Beams and splinters.

On threads on FR, attacks are nothing more than people throwing electrons at each other. They mean nothing to the subjects.
I wonder how someone can be a conservative and respecter of the Constitution and think Tucker shouldn’t be free to interview whomever he wants. Now, if he was breaking some sort of laws to go to Russia that would be a concern. I don’t think he did.
I think Putin is a bad guy. I don’t think I would put much credence in anything the man says. He hasn’t said anything new in a couple of years—since this whole thing started.
I don’t understand the Putin love around FR. But, to each his own. If find his supporters around here to be boorish and clumsy. But again, who cares.
Tucker has to make a living. There sure seem to be a lot of people willing to throw money his way. Not me. It’s entertainment. Not news. Nothing Putin or Tucker says will change my mind on Ukraine.

They want to prevent the American people from being exposed to a point of view not controlled by the DC/Brussels cabal.
For that reason alone, people should tune in to see what he has to say. And use their discernment to assign value, or not.
