I despise schumer as much as the next guy but I watched the video twice.....he never said that.
If I’m wrong someone please tell me at what point he does, but I sure didn’t hear it.

Apparently, I am one of “Trump’s minions” according to Schumer.
I’m not sure that he threatened to send US soldiers to fight Russia, but he advanced it as a future risk. If he gets this funding he will, in the future, play the “US soldiers to fight Russia” card again and again and again.
Do we really need more money for the border when we know that Biden will find a way to spend it to help illegal immigration? Let Texas do the job Biden refuses to do.
Money for Israel’s defense is fine with me. To really help, let’s stop funding Gazan and Iran. Imagine that we had funded Great Britain and Germany in World War II. Reagan’s policy towards the Soviet Union: “We win; they lose.” It’s time for Israel to win and for Gaza to disappear. “Gazans” should be returned to their home countries of Jordan, Egypt, etc.
Schumer blames Trump, but we were at peace when Trump was President.
I’ve disliked Schumer ever since he tried to stop Clinton’s impeachment. Every time I listen to him, he only convinces me more that he is part of the problem.
Let’s see if Putin does any better in a television interview. I admit that I am setting the bar very low for Putin. Just remember that “Putin sounded better than Schumer” is not much of a compliment. Nor would it be unpatriotic to say “Putin sounded better than Biden.” It’s always possible that Putin will be like Scumer, Biden, and Hillary Clinton, and just lose esteem every time he talks. Time will tell.
