Tucker should have made my list. He’s in Moscow right now!
You remember my earlier suggestion?
“But Trump could send a person relatively isolated from his campaign. Maybe a well-known actor insulated by relative fame? A sports figure, or noted filmmaker, Dinesh D’Souza? Riley Gaines? Candace Owens? Ginni Thomas? Thomas Sowell? Victor Davis Hanson? Mark Steyn?”
I posted a comment that I wished Trump could meet with Putin and work
some things out with him. I did not see that as a possibility. There are
laws concerning private citizens doing that.
One of them concerns private citizens acting as a diplomat.
The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.
Another addressed even the simplest of contacts between our citizens and
foreign heads of state.

Reading these they may seem rather benign. I would urge you to consider how
supporters of Trump are having the book thrown at them using every tactic
possible to punish them.
Look at the January 6th situation. I don’t advise anyone to come close to
infringing on matters like this, because the Left has a proclivity to institute
legal action, and they have proven they won’t hesitate to bend the law to
suit their desired outcomes.
I know Tucker is there. Will be interesting to see what takes place.
I didn’t think your response was bad one. It would seem logical.
