The only way auditing an election is “overturning the results” of the election is if you know it was stolen and you know and audit will reveal it.

In over 4 decades of nearly non stop civil litigation in scores of cases I’ve often seen first hand what happens when a lawsuit runs out of steam.
Namely, in many cases, some obscure Judge, working on cleaning up the courts dockets, throws the lawsuit in the trash can for “lack of prosecution”.
An inviolate axiom is that IF the money to pay the lawyers runs out the case is dead. These 4 or 5 cases against Trump have wealthy billionaires footing the legal fees. That money pocket will dry up.
Indefinitely.
