The Geneva-Hague protections for hospitals are lost if the hospitals are used for military purposes.
And, Al Jazeera is outraged and up in arms over the charade resulting in the arrests.
A hospital......... they violated the sanctity of a hospital to seek vengeance on the innocent Hamas officers hiding there /S
Hamas was never a signer of the Geneva convention. Hamas is a political party with an army. Hamas has no sovereignty and thus no protection by the Geneva Convention
Today, January 30, Hamas really isn’t any more.
