I disagree. He couldn’t do what you suggest without causing a lot of trouble with unknown consequences. (I also don’t believe that everyone who ever joined the WEF is actually in line with all of their reported goals. A lot of people join just to network and to know what’s going on.)
With regard to sending the aliens to liberal states, I think he’s giving those states a taste of what it’s really like - and from all of the whining we’ve been hearing, it seems to be working.

The crowd--if you can call it that--appeared to be mostly white (am I wrong?). The only black people I see are sitting up front, almost entirely at one table. Segregated, you might say.

He spoke about the pressing issues we face today: The Civil War and slavery.
Then the teleprompter took a detour into WWII, where Joe (who was a toddler at the time) now believes he lost his favorite son, Beau.
Biden: (screaming) "HE [President Trump] ASHULY SAID THAT! HOWZ DARE HE SAY THAT ABOUT MY SON AND--SHA-SHA-SHA!!!"
... on top of losing his mind over yet another false story that media and Democrats like to spread about Trump, notice how he includes his son among the fallen World War II soldiers. His son not only wasn't in World War II, but he didn't fall in battle, he died of cancer. How dare he keep spreading this falsehood suggesting his son died in battle. Or is he so far gone he believes this?
Joe's medication began to wear off soon afterwards, and his speech ended at around 24 minutes.
