A video circulating on social media shows a huge fire that engulfed a large Rosneft-owned oil refinery in the southern Russian town of Tuapse on the Black Sea coast in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The refinery's vacuum unit caught fire, said Sergei Boiko, the head of Tuapse district, adding in a post on his Telegram channel that there were no casualties. He warned local residents not to post videos from the scene "to avoid adverse consequences."
Boiko didn't identify the cause of the fire, but numerous Telegram channels said it was the result of a drone strike. Russian Telegram channel 112 reported that there was a drone attack in the region prior to the blaze. The Shot Telegram channel reported that eyewitnesses heard explosions in the area before the fire, and the Baza Telegram channel, which is linked to Russia's security services, said a drone struck the refinery's vacuum unit after midnight local time...
It marks the fourth suspected drone attack on Russian oil and gas infrastructure over the past week, according to the Moscow Times.
On January 18, Ukraine launched a drone attack on a St. Petersburg oil terminal, about 620 miles from the Ukrainian border. It marked the first time a drone had targeted Russian President Vladimir Putin's home region, Leningrad, since the full-scale war in Ukraine began in February 2022.
Another Ukrainian drone attack near the city of St. Petersburg overnight on Sunday struck a major gas export terminal—a Novatek PJSC gas-condensate plant in the port Ust-Luga—causing a huge fire, and halting fuel supplies. And Ukraine has promised to ramp up their attacks this year, especially in the run-up to Putin's rigged March election
BTW - ANOTHER BIG MILESTONE today - Putin's "Special Military Failure" reaches Day 700 - that's 100 weeks this this war has gone on - and to think, in the beginning, no one thought Ukraine would last even ONE week! LOL
I hope America is paying attention to this because attacks on infrastructure like this are coming our way with this insane open borders.
I would estimate this summer would be about the right time, just like the BLM riots in the summer of 2020.
Just in time for the November election to be postponed (canceled).
You heard it here first.
prepare to live without power for an extended period of time.
Attacks on America by whom?

Who knows? They don’t have any idea of who’s been crossing the border.
sounds like more unnecessary fear-mongering
be sure to post an article in Breaking News “when it happens”, lol
Rather, Hunka, the Canadian Ukrainian, is over here barking about The Russia and The Ukraine.
Odd, ain't it?
It can be quite telling, listening for the dog that didn't bark...
“Them”. And they carried their drones with them.
Bump...

Well, certainly not by America-first MAGA Americans.
Perhaps by FRENCH CANADIANS? /sarc
Hunka from the Canadian Husk. Yes, not one word about true the fascists and Nazis he lives among. He does a terrible disservice to the clear-thinking Canadians on the forum. They should give him a piece of their mind.
someone who apparently doesn’t realize there’s no shortage of people who the west has screwed over that happily take a chance offered.
