Non-sequitur much?
Nope. Russia simply is not a demographically dominant power in Europe anymore.
Historically, the most populous country dominated the European continent militarily. France in the 17th, 18th century, German in the mid 19th to mid 20th centuries, then USSR in mid 20th to late 20th century.
When USSR broke up in 1991, Russia no longer had demographic dominance. They also lost their Warsaw pact allies that gave them an important population and industrial base as well as an obviously favorable strategic position.
It’s really sad to see such profound ignorance coming from someone in an important military position.
Actually, it’s this guy’s ignorance that is truly something to be worried about.
Perhaps he is counting on a really dumbed down ignorant public.
The correct response should have been, “how do you know”?
Russia can’t fight sleep or anyone else for that matter
Try reading post #15 and then get back to me.
Bangladesh is still 169 million population.
Moscovia barely has enough armor and artillery to last 2 more years in Ukraine, let alone against NATO.
On that note, and I am not advocating this but I could see Russia be invited in to save what’s left of European culture & civilization at least that will be the public reason. Given what the European left has done to their nations it won’t be too far from the truth.
*this guy’s ignorance that is truly something to be worried about. Perhaps he is counting on a really dumbed down ignorant public.*
I dunno. Could be just doing his job. Was Singlaub right? He mighta thought Jimmy Carter was dumbed down and ignorant. With the military buildup just prior to their attack would it have been prudent for Ukraine to drop a big one while the equipment was all cramped together? Israel did it in ‘67.
Pearl Harbor was unprepared. Gaza on Oct.7. Bush ‘41 showed how it should be done. Bush ‘43 sounds like this guy but after 911 all rational bets are off.
Ok
This means they talk about it for 23 months and then act shocked—shocked, I tell ya—when something happens.
Hold it right there. You said last week that The Putin was gearing up to roll into Berlin and now you claim Russia 🇷🇺 is without armor. WHICH IS IT???
What with Trump making loud noises about abandoning NATO, prepping for more Muskovite aggression is just ordinary prudence.
The Zeepers prattle about Russia’s imminent future conquest of Europe. Considering the woke hellscape Europe has become, who cares? It might be more of a liberation than an invasion.
We didn’t know Ho Chi Min hated the Chinese.
Shias hate Sunnis but united in ‘67 & ‘73.
Nixon hated communists-think Mao.
Hitler attacked Stalin a year after the non aggression pact.
The Japanese didn’t trust the Germans.
FDR and Stalin? Think Lend lease. Think our assistance to the whites post WW1.
Now you got Putin, the Chicoms, and the ayatollahs in bed with each other. Rather queer wouldn’t you say?
There is something to be said for allowing our enemies to kill each other to the point where we assist them. Think Saddam vs. Iran.

NATO is broke.
We shouda created Kurdistan out of 4 countries under Bush ‘43. Turkey would go to war over it. Syria-who cares? Iran-good! Iraq would be in no position to say no. They’s still all be fighting today.
Unfortunately for us fracking wasn’t that big back then. $one trillion later.
👍
“In a post-America world dominated by China, Russia, and Iran, the Norwegians will welcome Russia!”
Of course! Russian victory is already secured through superior ideology. The Russians will be greeted with flowers! They can simply march in with military bands leading the way.
