The former president has been accused time and again by both Democrats, such as President Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, and hawkish Republicans, such as Haley, of being too friendly toward authoritarian regimes such as Russia and North Korea.
The same criticism was leveled at Ronald Reagan.
When Reagan decided to meet with Soviet Union leader Mikhail Gorbachev in 1985, Republican Rep. Newt Gingrich slammed the president’s “weak policies” and called it “the most dangerous summit for the West since Adolf Hitler met with Neville Chamberlain in 1938 in Munich.” (Where else have we heard that?)
Obviously, Gingrich was fantastically wrong.

It would be folly to ignore the bad guys like they don’t exist. It takes a strong character to deal with psychopathic Machiavellian’s and show them who daddy is.
Obama bad-talked Putin but was weakening NATO and America against him while the media praised his actions as strong.
Trump was gentle with Putin in words while building up a Reagan version of a NATO military machine against him, from conventional forces to nuclear forces, and the media portrayed him as being weak.

Voting for Haley is like voting for a Lobbyist.
There are people with money invested waiting for her to sell you out the minute she gets in power.
Anyone who has ever lived in a neighborhood, knows there are “good” and “bad” neighbors. Within reason, your neighbors can live how they want, even if you don’t like everything they do. This is similar, I think, to nation states.
So what’s the best approach to dealing with “bad” neighbors? Do you make war against them, treat them poorly, just cut off all communication? Or, do treat them as equals, entitled to live how they want so long as they let you live how you like? Do you maintain communication and take care of your yard (as a good example to others), or do flip them the bird and engage in tit for tat hostilities?
I think reasonable people would prefer to maintain respectful communications as much as possible.
I’ll be happy when Nikki goes away. She’s a neocon mess and is getting more obnoxious by the day.
Haley is more like a dictator since she has circumvented the Constitution. Her parents were not American Citizens.

I find that very hard to believe because of by the time she would have been in beauty pageants would have been the late 80s early ‘90s perhaps?,
I have heard there’s a Miss Black USA or Miss Black America pageant. But weren’t all mainstream beauty pageants fully integrated by the time she would have been participating? Mixed race Vanessa Williams was Miss America of 1984.
