The Trump pollster found Trump leading Haley in the Palmetto State with a majority backing him — 64 percent support in the state. Haley falls 39 points behind in her own state, garnering just 25 percent support. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis falls to the single digits with just eight percent support.

The survey was taken among 600 likely Republican primary South Carolina voters.

I thought that Trump uses McLaughling?

Anyway... desantis is still in it and planning for the future...

Anyone want to join him for an event, Nov 5?

DeSantis is in single digits in every state they take a poll—New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, California.

It is time for his campaign to take a cold shower—and then call it over.

And Tim Scott just endorsed Trump. That’s huge in SC, Nikki’s home state.

I would hope so. As long as Haley is in the race, DeSantis had better be in as well.

Let's say something catastrophic happens to Trump, either legal or health-wise, do you want Nikki Haley as the only other candidate running?

I realize everyone here hates Ron DeSantis (for reasons I'm not quite sure of) but we need to understand something. Our front runner is an overweight, nearly 78 year old man who lives off a diet of Big Macs and stress.

Nope. DeSantis can stay in until the convention. See my post above this one.

Yep....

The only conclusion you can make is...

desantis is hoping the rnc or someone takes Trump out of the running...

then someone brings up haley’s naturally born citizenship status...

leaving him the only one left in the race.

Nikki Haley’s real state is Poonjab, not South Carolina.

He can “stay in” in name only, spend no money, make no appearances and just leave his name on the ballot.

That will get him a few delegates and keep him in the race in case the Deep State Vince Fosters President Trump.

However I am very confident that the Trump delegates at the convention would never support DeSantis.

I have explained why in many posts.

It is about DeSantis refusing to acknowledge that the 2020 election was stolen, and refusing to stand up for J6 political prisoners from Florida and the rest of the country.

That is toxic for Republicans.

He can’t fix that.

Neither can Nikita.

There’s still time to send a few bucks to Meatball. Some people won’t be happy until he’s ground into the dust.

My prediction is that once Super Tuesday is over, Trump announces his VP and starts to barnstorm the nation...as his opponent takes many “lids”

Well, if Trump was no longer in the race, who should they support?

That would be the wise move—announcing a VP—solves the issues raised in this thread.

There are many reasons but the major ones are that he’s a backstabbing POS and aligned with Bush, Ryan etc. That’s enough.

That is why President Trump needs to pick a VP early—valid point and one he should address.

This is factually correct and needs to be factored in. DeSantis is welcome to stay in at his low level as long as he can.

Name a single Bush official on DeSantis' campaign staff or administration.

Trump hired no one but Bushbots. His entire administration were former Bush officials.

You can’t save DeSantis.

The polling numbers speak for themselves.

But—if you think otherwise go ahead and volunteer for his campaign in whatever state you wish.
