My relatives fought for the Union... A great great granduncle from Massachusetts who lost a hand and eye, and a couple of cousins from Pennsylvania who died... One at Gettysburg... When do I get my reparations?
My relatives fought for the Union... When do I get my reparations?

I hate to break it to you, but that will never happen. If reparations are approved, your family line will have to pay again.
My ancestors weren’t even living in the U.S. at that time, and I will have to pay up, too.
I’ve never heard any serious discussions of who will have to pay reparations. I don’t even know how the government will distinguish between the taxes paid by blacks, Asians, Hispanics, whites, etc. They will all have to put their money in the tax bucket to be disbursed.
I had two great-great-great uncles who fought for the Union.
My mother descended from poor share croppers in Arkansas. Again, fairly common.
Basically, at most only 25% of southerner whites ever owned slaves: https://eh.net/encyclopedia/slavery-in-the-united-states/. Of course, if you include the northern population, the percentage of slave owning whites is much lower.
Same. I have 3 or 4 that did so.
Two distant relatives died during that war. One relative was a drummer in an Ohio regiment.
I also have relatives that participated in the Underground Railroad back then.
Where’s my reparations?
“My relatives fought for the Union.”
My relatives fought for the Roman Empire.
