Steam heat in this day and age?

and in Portland......not very ‘green’...............

Part of downtown Boise, including the Capitol building, is steam heated by geothermal energy.

Steam heat in this day and age?


Steam is used in New York City and has been for a century. Occasionally they have Steam Explosions like the big one in 2007.

The military used steam heat at Grissom AFB back in the day.
