The caller told the operator, "we're trying to remain a little subtle."
ABC News has obtained a copy of the 911 call requesting an ambulance for Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who was transported from his Virginia home to Walter Reed Hospital after suffering complications from a surgery to treat prostate cancer.
In the call, placed on Jan. 1 and obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, a federal employee working for Austin asks the operator for the ambulance to be discreet.
"Can I ask -- that the ambulance not show up with lights and sirens? We're trying to remain a little subtle," the employee said.
According to local law, ambulances are required to run sirens and lights on primary roads but on secondary roads aren't mandated to do so.
During the 911 call, made at 7:15 p.m. from Austin's home, he was described as awake, alert and oriented. An ambulance arrived seven minutes later at 7:22 p.m.

Subtle? They want to be subtle? I would think so. After "elective surgery", not telling your boss you will be absent, and basically going AWOL, I think subtlety is key.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say that his extended hospital stay has something to do with a lifestyle choice of his.

The only kind of elective surgery I can think a Democrat might get is intersex surgery. If he had been injured from his activities, he probably would have been home by now.

Good storyline for a TV episode.
While secretly spirited away Austin was subjected to advanced brain control techniques including an implant. The innocuous hospital admittance tale is a cover story.
No one suspects he is now an enemy using his bumbling, incompetent stupidity as a front for sophisticated sabotage against the US from within.

RE: ambulances are required to run sirens and lights on primary roads
Unless the EMT staff are pushed hard against the side of the ambulance by three burly ex-strip club bouncers now working for the government and offering not to snap their necks if they cooperate and never say a word about it.

That was my thought. He is trying to make the army “trans” and maybe he had his privates cut off.

I’m going to take a wild guess that the ambulance was called to some exotic nightclub that doesn’t open until midnight and has a back room where all kinds of debauchery goes on.

I can’t think of any injury from sexual activity that would take him out for a few months. Did he sit on a pylon?

I do NOT believe the WH didn’t know about Austin being taken to the ER and admitted to the hospital. It just isn’t possible. It’s like everything else with these people, an illusion and the Secretary of Defense being in ICU during multiple conflicts around the globe explodes their narrative. The Biden group knows Austin is insignificant and kept it under wraps, thinking it would resolve quickly.

The secretary and his department faced extensive criticism for their handling of his hospitalization -- keeping the nation in the dark about it for several days. Austin also did not immediately disclose the hospitalization to President Joe Biden, whose Republican rivals have used the lapse in judgment as ammunition against the White House.ABC doesn't care if he's alive or dead - they care if the issue can be used to trash Trump and his supporters. How dare we be critical of his 'lapse' in judgement. How dare we express our concerns... eff ABC
