Massachusetts Officials Pleading with Private Homeowners to Take in Illegal Aliens
Breitbart ^ | 01/14/2024 | Warner Todd Huston

The state of Massachusetts is asking private homeowners to take in illegal aliens as the state runs out of room to house the thousands of border crossers who are still flooding into the Bay State.

Massachusetts is the only state that has a state-wide “right to housing” rule for homeless families. And with that rule in mind, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey (D) has repeatedly asked legal residents to open up their homes to illegal immigrants for whom officials are having a hard time finding beds.

Someone who lives around the corner from my house has a sign similar to that one. I think it’s silly to advertise just how dumb you are.

Remember this story from 2022?

Fury of wife whose husband ran off with the Ukrainian refugee just two weeks after they welcomed her to live with them?

May 22, 2022: A jilted mother-of-three whose partner ran off with a Ukrainian refugee has shared her anger after she let the woman into her home. Lorna Garnett says she was left heartbroken after her partner of ten years decided to leave her for Sofiia Karkadym just ten days after she moved into their hours after fleeing war-torn Ukraine. Tony Garnett, 29, a security guard, who lives in Bradford, West Yorkshire, said he has fallen in love with the 22-year-old & wants to spend the rest of his life with her.
The guy dumped her in September, claiming she was abusive, but then got back together with her in December.

With the levers of taxation and tax breaks, they can eventually get the non-wealthy to do pretty much whatever they want.

I have a suggestion on how to solve the problem.

First close the border
Second send all illegals back to Mexico and let them deal with the problem

When this doesn't work (as it surely won't), forcing people to take in migrants illegal aliens will be the next step.

What absolutely stuns me is anyone, in government or not, would even have that thought come to front of mind. Family takes care of family and would do this. Yet harboring a suspected FELON is in itself a felony, never mind inviting everything else into your only true private sanctuary on the planet.

That’s a pretty common practice with Medicaid in most any state, especially if there were huge medical bills. Under their rules, you pretty much have to be really poor (e.g., no significant wealth or assets). There are many cases where recipients try to hide the assets by transferring to relatives/beneficiaries but there’s a timeline on that before the death occurs.

“that would be a hoot if someone started a campaign to tell them where to go.”

There’s no reason Abbott, et al., can’t tell the bus drivers to end up at this destination. The Obamas would welcome the company, and we know how charitable they are.

“Then you won’t mind if they stay at your place, will ya?”

Then get Richard Kuklinski’s recipe for hamburgers and give them a nice meal. One meal would do.

When did the left start caring about any amendment in the Constitution?

I think that already happened (in Oregon, IIRC). The libtard woman volunteered to house some illegal creature and it ended badly for her. Not sure if she was murdered, but everything was destroyed and the guy wouldn’t leave.

Any wife who refers to her husband as “partner” deserves to be left behind. I think a lot of people are disgusted with that.

There’s a Uqora commercial where the woman used to say that it was invented by her and her “partner”, and it made me cringe. It’s been revised to “husband”.
