British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak visited wartime Kyiv on Friday to sign a new security agreement and announce an increase in military funding for Ukraine to buy drones, including surveillance, long-range strike and sea drones.
Britain, one of Ukraine's closest allies during President Vladimir Putin's Russian invasion, will increase its support in the next financial year to 2.5 billion pounds ($3.19 billion), an increase of 200 million pounds on the previous two years, Sunak said.
"Our opponents around the world believe that we have neither the patience nor resources for long wars. So waver now, and we embolden not just Putin, but his allies in North Korea, Iran and elsewhere," Sunak told a press conference.

I read elsewhere that Zelenski received and ignored two military draft notices...one in 2014 and one in 2015.
Zelensky was 36 years old in 2014.

The statement says such measures are being taken because of the “deteriorating situation in the east and south of Ukraine … activities of illegally formed armed pro-Russian groups”

Here is the relevant legislative decree from March 2014. No mention of any age limitations associated with this partial mobilization order are mentioned. Conscription to the AFU took place after the mobilization effort failed. Both were very unpopular in Ukraine.

Why would it mention anything about age for being drafted, it has nothing to do with the draft.
I have yet to see any corroborating documentation from you regarding the subsequent draft.
If you want to quibble about whether Zelenski received a 'mobilization' notice or a 'draft' notice (which you claim he wasn't eligible for), than its incumbent on you to provide the relevant supporting documents.

Ukraine brings back conscription amid unrest in country’s east
“Ukraine’s acting President Aleksandr Turchinov has announced he is reinstating a military draft to help deal with the “deteriorating” situation in the country’s east and south.
The draft will call on all males between 18 and 25 years of age, who are not eligible for an exemption.
Turchinov’s office said in a statement on Thursday that the decision was made “given the deteriorating situation in the east and the south...the rising force of armed pro-Russian units and the taking of public administration buildings...which threaten territorial integrity.”

I hope you realize that Ukraine resorted to at least six ‘partial mobilizations’ during its failed campaign against the Donbas separatists in 2014-2015.
Are you prepared right now to assert that ‘at no time’ did Ukraine ever issue a mobilization that Zelenski was eligible for?

Why would a 36-year-old man with a 9-year-old and a one-year-old receive notices to a draft that had nothing to do with him?
