If I recall correctly, ham ass was estimated to have 30,000-40,000 fighters when they started this war. Add in 10,000 islamic jihad and other assorted hangers on, and let’s say 50,000.
At the maximum, the IDF and ham ass agree that some 22,000 pales have been killed, with somewhat less than a majority being active ham ass fighters.
That means only about 10,000 out of 50,000 fighters have been killed so far.

I can’t argue with your numbers, but in light of the present reported situation on the ground, I am skeptical.
The reports on the Raptor videos that are seemingly the IDF current daily reporting, there are likely not 10,000 still alive and fighting.
The areas in north Gaza are essentially cleared. The Hamas numbers still there are thus minimal.
The areas in the south have been squeezed pretty tight and any Hamas there are under ground. The number who may have escaped through tunnels into Egypt is unknown but apparently not thousands.
So, it would seem the numbers of active Hamas still fighting is a lot less than 10,000.
There is no mention of hostages for sometime now. We can assume the remaining 100+ hostages are mostly dead.
I think we will know for sure by the end of this week
