The Las Vegas felon who hurled himself over a courtroom dais and attacked a female judge earlier this week said he was trying to kill her and blamed his action on a “bad day” while refusing to appear in court to face the new felony charges he was handed.
Debora Redden, a 30-year-old, three-time felon, was being sentenced Wednesday by Clark County District Judge Mary Kay Holthus for a conviction for attempted battery with substantial bodily harm.
Redden’s attorney had asked Holthus to grant parole for the three-time felon, but she sentenced him to jail due to his violent past and repeated arrests.

Was it before he was read his ‘rights’? The ones he has had read to him countless times when he was arrested before??? Look for that to be inadmissible and he will be out on the streets AGAIN with NO BAIL like many times before.

I would have agreed with that had this incident not gone viral.
It has now gotten so much attention I can’t imagine the legal system not finally doing the right thing......but in this day and age I guess anything is possible.

What I really don't understand though is why he is still alive. He should have been shot right then and there. No questions, no hesitation, no remorse.
