There are almost no cases of school shooters being "bullied" outside of fiction. Usually they are the bullies. The other kids naturally avoid them because being hit hurts. They then cry about how they are "outcasts" and no one wants to enjoy their jolly shoves down stairs and playful kicks to the head.
