I suspect that is true, not sure about the constitutionality of that though.
It took him until age 62 to figure out he was living in a shithole, and he is plenty rich enough to live anywhere he wants.
Don’t buy what? That he moved?
He stated it on the radio yesterday.
I suspect in some parts of mexico you'd only need 100k
Better late than never.
Sean Hannity has owned a waterfront townhouse in Palm Beach for a few years. It is reportedly located about three miles from Mar-A-Lago.
RUSH didn't move to Florida until his late 50's I believe. I'll probably be 70 before I move there :)
If he was serious why did he stay so long? What a drama queen.
What took Sean Hannity so long to come to this life change?
I would not even VISIT New York City today, and it was barely tolerable in the 1990’s, last time I was there.
Live there? It is easier to live on the moon.
It would appear as if you're even crazier than I am! ;-)
Sean receives an annual salary of $40 million from Fox News on his most recent contract.
Aren’t Manhattan income taxes 10.9%
So, he is paying $4.9 million annually to NYC/NYS in income taxes. In three or four years he could pay for a new house in Palm Beach in what he saves on NYC income tax.
I felt safer in Cabo San Lucas than I do walking around most major US cities. In Cabo, the cartel and the Federales protect the touristas.
When Las Vegas was run by the Mafia, it was a safe and clean city.
I’d expect that Mexican resorts run by the cartels are essentially the same............
It was an IQ test and he finally passed. Sure took a long time.
Sorry, math is hard
Sean pays $4.36 million in income taxes based on the 10.9% rate. Still a lot of coin if you do not have to do your show in NYC.
This all points to the reason why so many large commercial office buildings in all major cities are in trouble. The mortgages on these buildings are all based on the rent they were bringing in prior to covid. They typically only pay the interest on the loan. They can not refinance based on current interest rates. So, they have no choice than declare bankruptcy and the bank gets stuck with a building that is 1/3 rented.
“People are going to be eventually sleeping on the streets.”
Well Adams, you lowlife leftist dirtbag punk, join the crapholes of NYC, SF, Portland, Baltimore etc etc etc.
That was my experience in Cabo. I am sure the Sinaloa cartel owns many of the resort hotels in Cabo. It is a great place to launder money. People fly in every day with millions of $100 bills in their pockets. In the last ten years they have built literally some of the nicest resorts in the Americas there.
Plus, they appreciate our business. The people working in those hotels get paid pretty well(for Mexico). The higher priced hotel pays the most to their employees.
I met a limo driver who grew up in St Louis. He moved to the US with his parents as a child. He met and married a US citizen in St Louis. He and his wife and children moved back to Cabo because he believed it was a better place to live and raise his family. His apartment just south of the airport was $200/month rent. Teh airport is probably fifteen miles north from the coast out in the Baha.
Las Vegas was a low crime city at one time, because every crook and two-bit swindler knew that if they did anything to mar the city’s reputation and cause a tourist harm, they would have to answer to the mob..............
What area did he move to.
