Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows has decided Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s 2024 Republican primary ballot.

Because the state runs the primary. A primary is not required, but if that is the method the party uses, it is run by the state.
Unfortunately, Massachusetts is only 90 minutes from Kittery, York and the Berwicks, so Massholes are invading York County. Maine needs a tollgate at Kittery and charge people $150 if they are moving in and if they leave, they’ll get it back. 🤓
Attention! It is now declared by the supreme secretary of state, going forward, rules that commoners will no longer be able to vote for Trump.

It’s the 1st congressional district that largely screws up the state.
Former GOP governor Paul LePage did not run a good campaign in 2022. His moving to Florida for a number of years did not help.
Plus, democrat governor had far more money in her campaign coffers, most of it from out of state.

Most states don’t even look at write-ins; they’re just tossed aside as annoyances.
During the scamdemic, people moved here from all over the country. Lots of elbow room.
But money is the mother’s milk of politics, and the dems have more of it thanks to out of state money

Arrest, prosecute, and carry out the appropriate sentence when convicted.

said that due to the compressed time
frame, the decision will be suspended
till US Supreme Court decides.

The Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows has ALREADY suspended her cringe performative order removing Trump from the ballot.
These people are desperate losers.
It says

the novel constitutional questions

until the Superior Court rules on
