U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said Tuesday that the Iran-backed Houthi terrorists of Yemen launched a massive barrage of drones and missiles at Israel, only to see their weapons intercepted and destroyed by the guided missile destroyer USS Laboon and F/A-18 fighters from the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower carrier battle group.
CENTCOM said U.S. forces “shot down twelve one-way attack drones, three anti-ship ballistic missiles, and two land attack cruise missiles in the Southern Red Sea that were fired by the Houthis over a 10 hour period.”

With THAT lot running the pentagon?......,not bloody likely.
Isreal maybe...and not even them if resident taterhead has a say.
How much did our missiles cost to destroy their radio shack drones?
You can be sure that the launch sites are 100% located in and around schools, hospitals and baby milk factories. To me, that is immaterial. Collateral damage is on the muzzie cowards.

The Saudi's have been trying to appease and normalize relations with Iran and it's Houthi proxies of late, so I'm sure they are pressuring the State Department not to bring the hammer down on them.
Harpoons are now $2 million plus, and the F18 cost more than $30,000 per hour to operate.
That’s a very good point.
But I thought Trump was supposed to be able to start WWIII? Is he disappointed that he can’t?
“The Saudi’s have been trying to appease and normalize relations with Iran and it’s Houthi proxies of late, so I’m sure they are pressuring the State Department not to bring the hammer down on them.”
In time, we’ll discover the actual motivation behind that, too.
Why we aren’t aren’t carpet bombing those launch sites is beyond me.
How many missiles do these ships carry? At some point they will need to reload especially if the pace of attacks continue.
Great. Now how about exterminating them?
Where are the Freepers who said that surface ships are doomed?

Time for China to float more balloons that require missiles to shoot them down.
Old Time Magazine:
In the afternoon, officials said, one of the F-22s soared to an altitude of around 58,000 feet, firing an AIM-9X Sidewinder missile toward the balloon floating less than 10,000 feet above it. The supersonic, heat-seeking, air-to-air missile screeched over the Atlantic, popping the balloon and sending it into the sea.
Yup. And here’s an idea: Destroy the source of the drones. If source is unknown, take out a major city. We continue to play patty-cake with these animals and we are the world’s laughingstock. I’m embarrassed to be an American anymore.
I want to hear Hamas is defunct!
